The mission of the Pierce City R-VI School District is to provide an excellent academic, physical, social/moral, and vocational experience for every student in a safe and orderly environment.

There are new immunization requirements for the 2016-2017 school year. Meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine (MCV) and the T Dap vaccine will be required for all incoming 8th graders. All incoming 12th graders will be required to have two doses of MCV, unless the first dose was administered to a student who was 16 years of age or older, in which case only one dose shall be required. The Health Department and Chapman Medical Clinic will have the vaccines available.
